Upon acquiring the property, Fairstead quickly got to work revitalizing the community,

After acquiring Old Towne Manor, Fairstead took over social-services responsibilities for
the community, which included the distribution of Covid testing kits and introduction
of monthly blood pressure checks. Meanwhile, our property management took over
day-to-day operations of the site, reflecting our core belief that owners make the
best property managers. This oversight is a crucial step toward achieving a primary
