Founded in 2014, Fairstead is a rapidly growing affordable, workforce and mixed-income multifamily housing company. A nationally-based and vertically-integrated firm, Fairstead is home to 600 employees, and owns over 16,500 apartments in 18 states. Since inception, Fairstead has acquired, developed or preserved more than $4 billion in assets.
